Hogan Suite (HPI, HDS and MVPI)
The Hogan suite provides insight into personality, workplace behavior, potential derailers, and core motivations. Together, the HPI, HDS, and MVPI can help leaders better understand how they tend to show up day to day, what may emerge under pressure, and the values and drivers influencing their behavior.
