Week 2: Live with E.A.S.E.
Designing your energy support system.
The E.A.S.E. Framework: Essentials, Activity, Self-Care, Environment.
Self-Regulation Technique: Full-Body Scan. A sweeping awareness which reduces stress and alleviates physical tension.

Week 3: Press P.A.U.S.E.
Showing up differently in high-pressure moments.
The P.A.U.S.E Framework: Presence, Awareness, Understanding, Selection, Execution
Self-Regulation Technique: Open Awareness Meditation. An effortless state of being, featuring expanding awareness.
